Personal training is just that – personal. Anyone can go to a gym, hop on a treadmill, throw some weights around, and feel like that was a good workout. However, just doing that isn’t targeting key areas and focusing on certain goals that you want to reach. Customized programs are given to address your specific needs and are frequently updated to make sure you are moving forward. In addition to that, Janan works with you to develop weekly programs you take with you that include cardio, strength training, stretching, and nutrition. Plus, there’s nothing quite like the motivation from a personal trainer. Janan is there to guide, support, motivate, and inspire the client as well as provide a dynamic workout specifically designed for him or her to succeed.
