A fun and alternative way to get into shape for the rebels at heart. These classes are designed for all fitness levels and involve. Each session focuses on cardio and muscular endurance, fat loss, full body strength, agility, balance, flexibility. If you want to challenge your athletic self or simply get back into shape, these classes are for you.

B.A.M.F. All levels Saturdays from 10-11am Join me for an hour of fat blasting, heart pumping, strength building, and body sculpting fun. Start your day with a great workout and the motivation you need to get going. Bad Asses are encouraged and appreciated.

Kick Your Own Ass Class starts 8/9
All Levels Tuesdays from 7-8pm DIY (do it yourself) strength based workout. All workout routines benefit from changing the sets, weight and reps from week to week and will be posted on the black board. Go at your own pace and weight load level. This program is intended to develop overall muscular strength by using all forms of resistance. Get ready to use free weights, body weight, bands, medicine balls, sand bags and anything else I can find to make you a warrior. Men or women of most fitness levels can complete all of these workouts.

PUNK ROCK BOOT CAMP
Intermediate- Advanced Thursdays from 6-7pm Bring your attitude to this challenging, fun class to help you jump start your fitness goals. Punk Rock Boot Camp is the fun and effective alternative for people looking to get in shape, feel great, and reap the many benefits of living a healthy lifestyle in a intimate, friendly, relaxed setting away from the spotlight glare of oversized gyms. This class is a challenging full body workout that incorporates strength, cardio, power and agility training.
