It’s enjoying the process that’s important in making permanent lifestyle changes.Janan’s training method encompasses strength training, balance techniques, flexibility, weight management and functional conditioning. Janan encourages her clients to cultivate a balanced approach to life, believing physical activity to be a catalyst for both internal and external growth. Her holistic approach is to provide people with the tools to realize their personal potential and result in a deeper awareness of the connection between the mind and body.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Since becoming a personal trainer in 2007, She has helped individuals of all ages and fitness levels reach their health and fitness goals; be it training for an event, losing weight, making strength gains, or recovering from an injury. Janan holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree from the Ohio State University and a Post Baccalaureate from Bowling Green State University. She is certified through the ACSM, American College of Sports Medicine, as a personal trainer and PCC in Fitness Technology.
